Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of QrenzaScan: QR Code Scanner ("QrenzaScan", "the app", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
QrenzaScan allows users to scan QR codes and barcodes, open scanned web links, save scan history locally, create custom QR codes, save QR code images, and access premium features through an auto-renewable subscription.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app marketplace where you obtained the app.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Create, scan, share, or promote QR codes that contain illegal, deceptive, malicious, or infringing content.
- Reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or resell the app except as permitted by applicable law.
- Interfere with the app, subscription systems, or security features.
4. User Content and Scanned Links
You are responsible for the QR code content you create, scan, save, open, or share. QrenzaScan may display or open third-party websites from scanned URLs, but we do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, availability, or transactions.
5. Auto-Renewable Subscription
QrenzaScan may offer a weekly auto-renewable subscription called QrenzaScan Pro Weekly or a similar product name shown in the App Store purchase flow.
- Subscription length: Weekly.
- Trial: If offered, the app may include a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription renews weekly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation.
- Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Management and cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
The exact price and currency are displayed in the app purchase flow and App Store confirmation sheet before you subscribe.
6. Premium Features
Premium access may include unlimited scanning, QR creation, ad-free use, or other features described in the app. We may update, improve, or modify features over time, provided that any changes comply with applicable marketplace rules.
7. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the app handles local data, permissions, purchases, and third-party actions.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvements. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by device issues, operating system changes, App Store services, internet access, or third-party websites.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every QR code or barcode will scan successfully, that scanned links are safe, or that generated QR codes will be suitable for every use case.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
